North Star Academy is known for its dedicated and involved parents who put in many hours to make NSA the amazing school that it is today. Because of this, you will find a unique culture here—a culture of camaraderie, commitment to the school’s goals, and respect.
Volunteer goals:
At North Star Academy, each family is expected to donate 20 hours per school year. Whether you choose to volunteer at home, in the classroom, as part of the PTO board, on a committee, or as a helping hand for various events, we will help you find opportunities that will work with your interests and schedule. Recording your hours:
Help Counter is the volunteer tracking service we use to help you track your
volunteer hours. Each month, you will receive an update of your family’s hours so you can monitor your progress toward your volunteer goal. To input your hours, you can either log into the computer in the office or do it from home through the link below, also found under Quicklinks on the NSA homepage.
